Our HFL Risk Services team is committed to providing solutions to this problem and in reducing the level of risk to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). We have completed numerous Occupied Buildings Risk Assessment (OBRA) studies (including the use of exceedance curves) and have a well developed methodology which incorporates the requirements of the CIA and HSE. In fact our experience in this area is such that we have been involved in writing the latest update to the CIA Guidance on Occupied Buildings.
