Nationally-recognised qualifications for
Continuous Improvement in Process Safety

Bespoke qualifications meeting industry needs for understanding and competence in process safety at all levels and disciplines within an organisation.

The COMAH Competent Authority requires companies to be able to demonstrate organisational competence in Process Safety Management. This means a working knowledge and clear policy on PSM throughout the entire organisation, led from the top.

Overseas competition and the requirement to deliver more with less have seen companies facing many challenges such as ageing plant, an ageing workforce and organisational change. Therefore understanding what could go wrong, having control systems in place and knowing how to monitor them to ensure that they remain effective, are essential skills.

Whilst Board members and senior management are ultimately responsible for plant safety, it is vital that everybody in the company has an understanding of, and is competent in, the safety-critical tasks they are assigned if risk potential is to remain ALARP.

We offer a set of unique vocational qualifications designed to meet industry's needs for understanding and competence incontinuous improvement in process safety. Developed in conjunction with the PSLG principles and associated research, they are the only nationally-recognised qualifications of their kind in the UK and are accredited by PAA\VQ-SET and regulated by Ofqual.

The courses comprise a mixture of mandatory and optional units to allow for training bespoke to your particular business requirements.
